About BiliDownloader
An independent utility for inspecting public Bilibili and Bstation media, built to show the difference between an available file and a marketing promise.

The problem this tool addresses
Bilibili can deliver high-resolution video and audio as separate MPEG-DASH tracks. Saving only the picture creates a silent file. The result card therefore labels whether a video choice contains audio.
When a compatible server runtime and FFmpeg are available, separate tracks can be combined before delivery. When they are not, the page does not claim that a silent stream is a ready-to-watch file. A combined source MP4 may also be offered when Bilibili exposes one.
What the checker can do
- Download public videos with merged audio using our Bilibili Video Downloader.
- Convert available source audio to MP3 using our Bilibili to MP3 Converter.
- Inspect public bilibili.tv anime and series links with our Bstation Downloader.
- Select specific parts or episodes with the Bilibili Playlist Downloader.
- Export official caption cues as SRT, VTT, TXT or JSON via the Bilibili Subtitle Downloader.
- Preview and save cover images via the Bilibili Thumbnail Downloader.
What it does not do
The public form never asks for Bilibili account credentials, cookies or session tokens. It does not decrypt DRM, defeat regional licensing, unlock paid media or promise a resolution the source did not return.
Why the copy is deliberately cautious
Competitor pages commonly advertise fixed 1080p, 4K, 8K or 320 kbps output. Those numbers are not available for every link and conversion cannot restore information missing from a source. The site describes the result you can inspect rather than a universal maximum.
Independent service
BiliDownloader is not affiliated with Bilibili or Bstation. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. For a reproducible failure, use the contact page. For use boundaries, read copyright and acceptable use.
