Copyright & Acceptable Use
A public link can be technically accessible without giving anyone permission to copy or republish the work. This policy keeps that difference clear.

Your responsibility
Use the service only for media you own, media you have permission to save, or a use allowed by the law that applies to you. The operator cannot decide whether a specific download is permitted in your country or under a particular licence.
Do not treat public visibility as a licence. Being able to watch a video without signing in does not automatically allow redistribution, re-uploading, sale, broadcasting or commercial reuse.
Service boundaries
- The site does not accept your Bilibili password, cookies or session tokens.
- It does not decrypt DRM or bypass a paywall, subscription gate or geographic restriction.
- It does not intentionally provide access to private, deleted or unavailable media.
- It does not offer a bulk archival API or one-click season ZIP.
Uses that are not accepted
- Automated bulk requests that disrupt the site or the source platform.
- Building or selling an archive of works you do not have the right to distribute.
- Removing attribution or presenting another creator's work as your own.
- Attempting to obtain paid, private or region-limited content by evading access controls.
Rights-holder reports
If you own or represent rights in a work and want a specific source URL blocked from this service, email support@bilibidownloader.com. Include:
- The exact Bilibili or Bstation URL involved.
- Identification of the work and the rights holder.
- Your relationship to the rights holder and reliable contact details.
- A clear explanation of the action you want the site operator to take.
Reports are reviewed for enough information to identify the URL and requester. This page does not promise a legal outcome or a fixed response time.
What this policy does not say
It does not declare that every personal copy is lawful, that any country's exception automatically applies, or that this service qualifies for a particular statutory safe harbour. Those are jurisdiction-specific legal questions. Seek qualified advice when the stakes justify it.
